A killer on the raise- Story
Chapter One: A killer unleashed.

It was on July 15th that the federal bereau of New York finally decided that a serial killer was heavy in their hands. They didn't have a discription at all, but what they did know, or found, was that this killer killed 12 people in a period of a month. The Officials were shocked, shocked not only by the number of bodies, but how they were set on display. Some in abandoned buildings, others left in parks on benches, some in alleyways. It was a warning to the public, almost a proclamation, shouting 'beware, and fear me' at once. The murderer motives weren't clear, but what was clear was that the killer targeted a certain group. The catagory was women; most specifically, women with brown hair and blue or grey eyes. There was a range from 17 years old to 33 years old of the victims, most of them drug atticts. Most of the officials agreed that indeed this serial killer was killing off the women that reminded him or her of a certain person. "Serial killers often do that," said agent Nathaniel Ardwell, "it isn't at all uncommon, especially with the cases I've dealt with," he finished that statement with a wry look. "Apparently this b*****d likes to cut fingers off,"agent Nathaniel Ardwell said as he put down the stack of papers and folders, pictures of right-hands with index fingers torn or cut off, leaving a bloody mess.
It was a pretty tough case. It seemed the that killer can leave a bloody, mutilated scene, without leaving a trace off evidence. The serial killer was clever, yes, clever. Whoever this killer was, he or she premeditated every single move. The killer was an assume male, with all the female bodies, but then again, female killers aren't really as common.
"Any discription so far?" Asked agent Tucker, who was fed up with all the confusion as to now.
"Not yet," a FBI agent replied, "But with the scene he leaves, I bet he's pretty big and strong. Probably disfigured in some way. Unfortunately, no hand prints or anything, since he chokes his victims with burning chains."
"No one found any weapons?" agent Nathaniel Ardwell asked uninterestingly.
"Well..." the agent replied. agent Nathaniel Ardwell raised his eyebrow, then his posture.
"Well what?"
"Well we found a old napkin with something inside."
"A scaple," Agent Nathaniel said.

. [Note 1] .

They dont know.
They dont understand.
They dont see.
I'm hungry.
Thirsty.
Famished.
I want blood.

"Well?" She laughed, "are you up for it?" He remained silent as he stood in front of her, a dark figure, a shadow, rain pouring down his stringly hair, dripping from his narrow chin. His eyes dark, and his skin pale, his demeanor unreadable. "What are you, mute? Or do you walk up to every girl out on the corner and expect a free swing?" He shook his head violently, then closed his eyes, slowly opening them. All emotion seemed to drain from his face, it was when he smiled that awkward smile that she knew she was in high danger. Before she could scream or run, she was out cold.

"You can almost smell it," He stated calmly, "you know, their fear. They fear you most of all. It's a good feeling, use to make me sick, but when you cancel them out, one by one... one by one, it gets easier, and more pleasureable. You like the feeling, it's what you do on your free time. I have a lot of free time, ah. The adreniline rush, the coppery taste of their blood, the damp, meaty smell of it too... you fed off of it." He paused for a moment, lifting his head to the ceiling while closing his eyes. "it becomes what you are. You are it, you are what they watch out for. You have, finally, gain control of everything now. Don't try and stop me now, let me play this game a while longer, wont you?" With a smile on his face, he circled his victim with scissors behind him.
"You're ******** twisted! Let me go you b*****d!"
"Ah, but I can't do that sweety," he said in the soft voice, yet so deadly it sent more shivers up her spine. The area was cold. They were in an abandoned building, on the third or forth floor. There was cages around, papers, holes in the walls with strange symbols on them. The holes in the wall made her felt watched. The little light dangling from the ceiling gave her little vision to see her future murderer, he was still like a shadow, like before. His attitude, it made her sick, she was going to puke literally. Apparently what he liked to do to his victims was explain his sick fantasies, the way he killed his victims and how it made him feel superior. He was playing a game with her head, to see how long she could go without literally going insane.
"Why?" she said with a heart-wrenching cry.
"Aw, because I chose you," He smiled softly, "Hmmm, now, what to do? Cut you up, then broil you, or simply put you on a board and throw darts at you? That could be messy, but then again, I was always a dirty boy."
"No, no. You can still redeem yourself, you can get help, you-"
"I dont need help you pathetic b***h, what I need is for you to die. I'm afraid I can't hold back any longer, I'm hungry, I'm thirsty, and you're well over due," and with that he approached her.

[.|.|.|.]

"That's how they found the young prostitute," Officer McKenzie said as she summed up her last sentence.
"Hm, what a way to torture someone." agent Nathaniel Ardwell said as he dranked his starbucks coffee. Agent Daniel Walkerson walked in the room, setting down and scooting his chair up to the large round table, sighing heavyly.
"What'cha got?"
"Another murder, NY Mutilator strikes again."
"I take it thats the one who is currently on the raise?"
"Oh yea, this time he cut chunks of her flesh and made her eat it before he with scissors cut a finger off and stabbed her v****a with the scissors repeatedly, then hanged her with a chain and... Julie over here told me this."
"Damn psychos. He's gonna regret it when his a** gets fried in the chair. We have to stop this b*****d, the public are asking questions. It makes no damn sense. What's his motive?"
