Well i have the guild kind of running.

Got 6 people signed up for the RP, and have someone RPing with me, which is a great start.

This has taken a little longer than i had hoped (a little ambitious of me i know, but hey, where's the harm?) but at least it is going now, and i can't really complain.

I'll keep you up to date, as and when there are any changes.

Right, well i said that i was going top invite a load more members today, which i was fully planning on doing. However, i couldn't be bothered with the whole PMing them to find out if they were interested or not, so i decided to make a new recruiting thread for the Registered Guilds board.

Hopefully that will get us more attention, and eventually more members.

I can't believe that i am doing so much work for this guild when my own guild is falling apart, i haven't even done half of these things for my guild.

Well, i am not very well today, and therefore not at work, allowing me to get more done on The Official Battle Royale RP Guild.

Done So far today:

• Moved the sign up thread for the last round into Previous Games.
  
• Moved the Unsuspecting Class (pre-round RP) thread to Previous Games.
  
• Created a new Student Roster.
  
• Created a new Unsuspecting class thread.
  
• Edited the message that i was sending out to the old members, giving them a week to get beck to me instead of 24 hours. It was pointed out to me by the owner of the guild that not everyone will be online within 24 hours of me sending the message out, and therefore needed to give them more time to actually receive the PM, let alone respond.

Jobs for the rest of today:

• Invite more members
  
• Send out more PM's to existing members.

Well i have my own guild, which is doing better than ever, but still not well enough, but for the next few days, i am going to leave it alone. My Vice captain can handle it.

I have been made crew in The Official Battle Royale RP Guild biggrin , and set the task of getting it up and running again as the last post before i got there was made sometime in November. ( sweatdrop )

Here's a rundown of what i have done:

• Cleared ALL members that hadn't made any posts. ninja
  
• Cleared the Out Of Character sub-forum.
  
• Cleared all posts on the main page that weren't needed.
  
• Messaged some of the old members to see if they were still interested in being in the guild.
  
• Messaged on of the crew to ask her opinion on going on and request assistance.
  
• Messaged the Captain and gave him a detailed rundown of everything that i had planned and what i hope to achieve.
  
• Invited some RPing member that i have known for a while.

I know that it might not seem like i have done much, but i don't have all the time in the world, i also know it sounds like i am trying to take over the guild, and in a way, i am. The owner wants ME to sort the place out. Once i have, and shown him that i am capable of maintaining the guild and that i am going to look after it, i will get more responsibility, more power over the guild. pirate
