Pondering the cold hard facts of life.
It is now 5 days after the 2 year anniversary of my father's death due to Lou Gehrig's disease. It still hasn't quite hit home completely. My father was one of those guys that everyone liked, was kind, helpful and an all around good peron. To see him laid low by this disease really, really sucked. My father was an active man who loved the outdoors, loved doing things with his kids and worked his a** off for his family. I miss him every single day. So do yourselves a favor, NEVER neglect those who love you, they may not be around to apologize to. Cherish every day you have as if it is you're last and treat everyone with respect and courteousy.
I love you Dad, I miss you and that will never change.
