3nodding It was the middle of the night in February, a chilly cold night. I crept slowly along the crane tower in Aekea. A Crew gang who specialized in illegal trades of imported Zurg equipment they got from trading directly with the Mothership occupied this building.
ninja Creeping slowly along the edge i saw an open window letting in a draft...maybe a bedroom. I slipped in the moon casting my shadow on the window sill. A corridor, i crept down the hall...it was not very decorative hall, a small end table with a vase on it, patched windows and a rugged carpet, closed doors on either side and one double door at the end of the hall. I was closer now, I could see it was slightly ajar.
I slipped in...booting up the computer i searched quickly for the files that I was looking for, finally i found it draging it up to the main frame i shook with excitement... brick wall. I hit a firewall the coputer asked for a password and laser palm scan. Pulling out my G9 laptop I plugged it into the computer outlet and downloaded the file, i would get the palm and password later but for now it was getting early and i needed to jet before things started to get hot. I turned around stowing my G9 laptop into my Orly Tooooote... then i saw him.
Gang Leader, The Crime Boss known in the underworld as Nero because of the notorious story of how he burned his home as a child and played his flute on the roof to show his family that he wouldn't listen to them. He was famous for his fire starting skills and the two fire gauntlets he wore all the time were a trademark and reminder to his enemies the scorching he could do to them. burning_eyes
He was sipping wine, I wondered how long he had been watching me... I felt the fool for being so explosive that I hadn't noticed him.He barked a harsh laugh before he spoke.
" I don't know who you are but I don't need to," he spoke in a low menacing tone, showing no fear or mercy " the data you have taken will not survive and niether will you..."
Suddenly everything went black, I had been prepared for a blackout tactic and out of my Orly? Tooote I pulled one of the 4d Alien goggles i had snaged from the crate of them in this room.
Slapping them on i was just in time to see Nero jumping at me fire gauntlets, leaping to the side i ducked behind a crate unsheathing my fire sword. Flying out from behind the crate i stabbed out with the sword but me efforts were in vain. Nero grasped the sword with his gauntlets increasing the swords firepower. The flames licked along the blade singing the handle and my hand badly. Dropping the sword to the ground I jumped back holding my burnt hand to my chest. Nero Lunged again this time pulling a flip over me so he was behind me. I turned but not fast enough as he grapled me to the floor lighting his fire gauntlets up.
Slipping from his grasp at the last second i grabbed up the fire sword and egnighted it again.
