on saturday i went to jr. sea gals it was awsome. oh if you dont know wat that is its i go to the seahawks stadium and meet the seahawk cheerleadersA.K.A sea gals then they teach all the girls that signed up a dance and then at the 31st of August all the jr. sea gals go on the feild and do there dance at half time. my trainer is Trina shes my fav. not because shes my trainer. thats all im writing biggrin THANK YOU FOR READING!!! heart
