Grant stared at Malcolm and he knew something was off he couldn't put his finger on it.
Alan hadn't known he was so obviously staring until Ian looked back a brow raised a and grinning wide at him.
"Can I help you?" Malcolm asked and he chuckled lightly at himself "No really though, uh, can I? You seem to have zoned out."
With that Alan scratched at his hair lightly shifting over his hat for better access. Malcolm looked back to Alan again.
He had that knowing smug grin of his and Alan was positive something was up now.
Then it hit him.
Alan was somewhat surprised with his all his detective like work in palentology he couldn't notice something so blatant.
"You are wearing a blue shirt." Alan said finally.
"Navy blue." Malcolm corrected grining and he looked down to his shirt "Something wrong?"
"It's not black."
"No, navy blue isn't black." Malcolm said still watching Alan then he walked closer.
"You always wear black." Alan eyed Malcolm.
"Always is a long time." Ian said with an indifferent shrug, "Life is ~chaos who would have thought for a day I'd wear a
different color shirt?" he said teasingly.
Alan wondered then if he was putting too much stock in this simple change.
"I thought you liked blue." Ian said and Grant started to wonder when he got that idea.
"Navy blue?" Alan raised a brow a hint of levity in his voice now too.
Malcolm grinned wider and watched Alan, "Well does it look bad?"
Alan shook his head gaze falling to the shirt.
"Maybe I should change up my apperal more?" Malcolm said, now a step closer.
"If you want." Alan said and then cleared his throat.
Ian let out a light chuckle putting his hands on Alan's hips and Alan stared ahead at him like he was a madman.
"It got your attention." Malcolm hummed.
Alan made a face at that and found himself surpressing a blush.
"Cat got your tongue Dr.Grant~?" Ian asked seeming to be oh so amused.
Alan shook his head mentally kicking himself for not giving a simple 'no'.
"What about me?" Malcolm coldn't help himself, shining another pearly smile and he leaned forward not so gently pulling Alan into a kiss.
