The great hall, its walls decorated with multicoloured tapestries, was very crowded. Humans from all over Decor's Morion’s realm had gathered to pay his tribute, for he was their beloved prince. Peace had reigned for some time since his rise to power. All held him in great esteem.
Decor himself sat on a humble throne; his features serene and noble. Four guards stationed at the four corners of the raised dais protected him.
Several knights attended to his protection also. And there were many Ladies of nobility in attendance, and courtiers seemingly without number.
Yet the cloaked figure wondered why such a hansom man known for his remarkable wizardry and wisdom would require so many protectors. "No matter," he thought without concern. "I must have an audience with him."
He moved swiftly and with purpose through the crowd. People moved to avoid him as if driven by more than their own self will. As he approached the dais he brought his hood further down over his eyes.
Decor watched with amused interest as his knights attempted to block the intruder’s way, only to give way as if driven by an unseen force. A lady by the name of katsume started to ask the prince why he invited so many people when he could have just used his powers to bring them. He held his ground. All he said was "My Masterpiece" At this the hooded upstart raised, and decor raised his wand. A loud screech echoed through the Hall as a large bunch of gosts swooped through the front entrance, gliding over the startled court, to perch themselves around the croud, and the open window above the throne. Decor liftted his wand again as all the gosts around the crowd consumed the people in the darkness. Unfortunately all was consumed expect for Katsume, and until this day no one's heard of Katsume or even bothered to go to Decor's castle for centuries!
