Dis is a story all about how mai life got flipped, turned upside down And I'd like to take a minute just sit right there I'll tell you how I became the prince of a town called bel-air
In west philadelphia born and raised The playground is where I spend most of mai days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool shootin some b-ball outside o' da school
When a couple of guys said were up in no good started makin' trouble in mai neighborhood I got in one little fight and mai mom got scared And said you're movin' wit' ur auntie and uncle in bel-air
I whistled for a cap and when it came near The license plate said fresh and had a dice in da mirror If anythin' I could say dat dis cab was rare But I thought now forget it, yo home to bel-air
I pulled up to a house around seven or eight And I yelled to da cabby, yo home smell ya later I looked at mai kingdom, I was finally there to sit on mai throne as da prince of bel-air
