Clan: Yaida clan, adoptive; Her birth clan was from Konoha and is not the Hyuuga or Uchiha clan as some may assume.
Bloodline: The ability to warp chakra as if their sound waves. This technique is quite strong in her, due to her parentage. She uses this to aid most of her attacks, but has no idea of it's true power as she has no connection with her birth clan. She also carried the Rinnegan though is completely unable to use it as it is an eye technique. She knows nothing of either bloodline limit ability, though uses the first one without knowledge of what exactly it is.
Weapon: She tends to use her bo staff mostly along with hand to hand combat. As is the usual she carries kunai, shuriken, exploding tags and smoke bombs.
Personality: Hitomi is a laid back person who, before her home was destroyed, gave a care for others. Her nice attitude was replaced with one of little care and slightly callous. She tends to show little or no emotion, no matter what the situation is.
Jutsu:
-Kugutsu no Jutsu(Art of the Puppet Master)-
Using her bloodline she creates tough string of chakra, commonly used to control puppets. Finding those quite useless, she instead uses the jutsu to grab things far away from her, much like how jedi put The Force, to use when retrieving their lightsabers.

-Ground Pulses-
A jutsu Hitomi uses regularly, absorbing most of her chakra in the process. In short intervals, even shorter during battle, Hitomi fires pulses of chakra into the ground, radiating out from her like a ripple of water. She uses this as vision, making it so that genjutsu have zero effect on her since, as she says, "You cannot trick eyes that do not see."
History: Hitomi's parents, Taro and Kiko, were four years apart, born into the same clan by the same parents. Kiko, at persuasion of her brother, thought of only strengthening the clan when conceiving the child. Upon Hitomi's birth, she was deemed a cursed child, an unwanted clan member. She was born with massive birth defects such as sering pain in her legs from their weak state and a severely weaken heart. It was only a few hours after her birth the clan discovered their distant ties with the clan harboring the Rinnegan as the skill was present soon after birth, no fading. As their cursed child it was decided she was unworth of such and skill and so, using a medical jutsu, severed the optic nerve, resulting in her blindness. Her uncle, older than her father by two years, was given the task of avenging his sister's honor. They sent Taro from the village with the day-old Hitomi with a days head start before sending his older brother after him. He left Hitomi by the road near the non-ninja Nadashiko Village. Crush: She finds no need for emotions like love.
Other: Hitomi has a telepathic link to one of her two cousins due to a latent telepathic ability in the clan, manifested in her due to the inbreeding that gave her life. She chose the path of ninja simple because it was easy money for someone disabled like her. She dislikes it when people treat her different because of her blindness.
Appearance: Hitomi tends to wear her hair in pigtails, tied low with a black elastic. Her eyes were originally black in color before her blindness turned them a milky blue-green. Her clothing consists of a tight shirt, pale purple in color, with long sleeves. Over this, she wears a vest, extended in the back like a cape, that's a deep blue. For pants, she wears a pair of nice fitting shorts that are slightly baggy and beige. Her shoes are the typical ninja style with flat soles, reaching to right above her knees. Her shoes are black in color.
