>> Personality.} Although she is some what timid and easily frightened, she's actually quite friendly. She enjoys playing small pranks on people every so often, whether it be misplacing their shoes, car keys, or even their favorite coffee mug. She enjoys relaxing, though she does get bored quite easily and will seek out others to entertain herself. She likes using her ghostly powers to spy on people, finding it extremely enjoyable and using the information she finds to tease others with. However when people actually get upset she tends to be a push over, feeling sorry for her actions. She bounces back quickly from being upset for the most part and normally isn't prone to holding grudges. She has a naive but intelligent disposition, she loves learning about the world around her. l3ombyx can be amazed sometimes over small trivial things.
>> Abilities.} Because she is a spirit she is able to float through walls and turn transparent. She has very small control over weather conditions, such as changing the weather from sunny to cloudy. Most of the time she does it subconsciously, never seeming to be able to produce quiet the right weather effect upon request. She can seemingly understand objects with enough spiritual power, sometimes holding conversations with them that look very one sided.
>> Flaw(s).} Her powers over weather are relatively weak, she can't seem to summon them properly at any given time. She is prone to having irrational fears of being thrown in a garbage can, often forgetting she is no longer an inanimate object.

>> Additional Information.}Years ago she was just a normal Teru Teru Bozu, used for keeping rain away or summoning it, she was made by a small child, fashioning her sticks for arms making her look more like a ghost then Teru Teru. During a particularity bad rain storm she was washed away, saying goodbye to her family. In a panic she tried to force the rain away, with so much will pushed into one action she became exhausted, but because of her emotional attachment to people she became a spirit. After that she freely began to wonder about on her own.
