Abilities:
Weapon Charge: Can charge any of his weapons. Once charged the only way to decrease its power back to normal is by inflicting damage upon Quote.
(This does not apply to spur.)
Massive Energy Charge: Triangle-like energy containers appear and shoot into his weapon. Used for a single attack that's extremely powerful; however, the item charged this way can not be charged for a limited time.
Lock-On: Once he "Locks on" to your character he can uses his targeting system to find you. As long as your character is in the same plane of existence as Quote, he can see you and is targeted to you.
Dimensional Cord: Once he locks on to you he can attach a metaphorical cord to people to him. This means that every person connected to Quote, including Quote, will be sent to the same dimension as the person he's connected to. Examples:
Quote connects to guy 1. Guy 1 goes to dimension. Instantly Quote is dragged with.
Example 2: Quote connects to guy 1 and guy 2. Guy 1 uses dimensional transport. Quote AND guy 2 are dragged.
However, this doesn't mean Quote can connect guy 1 to guy 2. They all connect to Quote. Also all the attributes that effect the teleporter connect to Quote and all of the other connected people. Meaning if only you can survive here, now we can too because you can. The only thing that effects everyone are things that DIRECTLY effect one of the dimensional transferred people.
Dimensional Anchor: If Quote locks onto you he can anchor you into a dimension you are in presently or have been in recently. Recently meaning within seconds.
Note: If you move far away from Quote you can snap the dimensional cord, and if you move far away from the point you were anchored from you can sever the anchor from you. The distance is very large so it's near impossible to pull off in a battle though. Aka: You'd need to go to pluto from the lock on earth to snap the cord and/or anchor.
Circuit Overdrive: Speeds up his circuitry to enable faster speeds and an increase in accuracy and power.
Electric Transfer: Can transfer an electric current into his hand to shock his opponent.
Sword Bond: Since the Soul of the King is binded with his sword he can transport it to him at any time with no energy usage.
-Ultimate Techs-
Radiant Pulse Cannon- Takes no charge up time. Quote opens up his chest to reveal a blue sphere energy core. A beam shoots out of his chest that only lasts a second. Upon using for a second his chest will close, hiding the core. This drains Quote severely for a small amount of time.
-If charged by Triangle-energy containers using the "Massive energy charge" ability-
Radiant Wave Cannon- After charged he opens his chest, the core is now glowing violently and shooting energy out from it, almost in a way overcharged. He can then fire a massively-large beam from his chest. This beam is constant and powerful, if you get hit by it you will most likely be taken out. Extremely drained for a limited time once used.
Radiant Wave Splicer- After the core is charged he can use. Instead of firing a beam from his chest he actually shoots about 1000 smaller beams. They can arc around and wrap around objects to home in on the opponent he's attacking. Extremely more accurate but unless they all make contact it's not as powerful. This would drain Quote for a large amount for a limited time. All energy shots which missed the opponent or are at least available can be returned back to the core to recharge it.
-Finishers-
Hadron Colossus Decimator- After charging the core of his body with a fully charged spur and the fireball this attack can be used. This attack moves at around mach 12, possibly faster, and is hotter than the sun. The beam itself is immense in size and not only that but, like the snake, it's intangible until it hits its object. This is Quotes single most powerful attack. Left drained plus Spur and Fireball can not be used for a while.
Hadron Wake Devision- After charging the core of his body with a fully charged spur and the fireball this attack can be used. This attack is about 500 miniature beams shooting out and surrounding the area, snaking through the air at fasts speeds and intangible until it hits its opponent. This can also be shot back into Quote to recharge his core. If extra energy is obtained he can actually transport the energy to his guns to charge them back up to normal usage. This is Quotes second most powerful attack. If none of them come back to charge Quote he's left extremely drained and his Spur and Fireball are fried for a while

Levels of Combat Potential:
0% Combat mode- Casual Quote
10% Combat mode- Him getting more serious in a fight, usually this is what he starts with in a fight if he's preparing himself.
50% Combat Mode- Him actually trying to fight. This is when he's trying, but not being to serious. In this mode he's a little faster and stronger.
80% Combat Mode- He often finds no need to go to this mode, for this is excessive and it shows he's actually trying to inflict harm on his opponent. Usually only fights people with this if he knows they won't go down unless otherwise. In this mode he's really fast, extremely accurate, his reflexes are nuts and he's pretty offensive.
100% Combat Mode- Extremely Serious Quote. He only does this usually against people he wants to either beat or if he's protecting others. He finds himself not often going at 100% unless he has something to prove if he's fighting an ally. He'd usually quit the match before going to this mode. In this mod his speed, accuracy and reflexes are insane. If you're teleporting everywhere he'll begin to shoot where your body is forming in order to hit, that's how accurate he'd get. His offensive abilities are insane in this mode.
-Critical Stasis-
101% - 150% Combat Mode- In this mode he's risking his own life just to fight. He'll never do this in a friendly spar match. This is going overboard. In this mode, hitting Quote and running are near the impossible.
200% Combat Mode- At this point he's going to shut down from over usage of energy or short circuit and die, whatever comes first. Him going into this mode shows he'll do anything to win. At this point he could dodge an army of bullets being shot at him, and while dodging he can time his shots to hit the direct spot between the eyes of all his shooters without trying. His reflexes at this rate are basically catching a bullets for fun. If you manage to get him to this mode, I'd suggest you run.
Viper mode- Can only be done when he has more then 200% energy. He takes the energy of the spur and the fireball and merges it with his core. He then transfers the energy into his nanites which then rapidly changes his molecules properties to that of the snake. Because now he's in a state of high frequency oscillation which enables him to pass through all objects and energies at will. His speed and power are increased to states that can't be measured, and simply touching him would incinerate the opponent.
Items & Weapons:
Spur- An Energy Pistol which can charge energy for a single powerful shot in the form of a laser.
Fireball- A gun that shoots fireballs. The fireballs don't go very high but they'll roll against the ground setting its path ablaze.
Sword- A sword infused with the soul of the mimga king. This sword can emit slash waves while being thrown and can even stop in mid flight to throw the slash waves. It can return to Quote by his will.
Bubbler- A gun that shoots bubbles. The bubbles surround Quote protecting him from all projectiles. He can also launch them 1 by 1 or all at once at his opponent. Each bubble is like getting hit with a baseball being launched from a cannon. The bubbles are not actually bubbles but almost appear if they are made of latex. The bubbles can not be sliced and if they were attempted to be sliced the object would simply slice through, causing the bubble itself to keep it's shape without popping. If the bubble can not re-connect they actually connect to the object that's stopping their connection and if enough wrap around an object it basically becomes the equivalent of a stick covered in a thick layer of bubble-wrap.
Nemesis- An EXTREMELY powerful gun that shoots energy shots like mad. After so many shots it weakens down to an Average energy gun, then when that's used up it goes down to shooting rubber ducks.
Banshee- Due to the energy core within the gun this weapon can fire amplified sound waves. These sound waves can be set to fire at any way and at any frequency. This weapon can fire a shot as simple as a sonar, or as strong as a concussion blast. Since this weapon can fire a stream of sound at maximum power it can actually stop, push back, and fire away while destroying an oncoming speeding bullet train. Since the frequencies can be altered this gun can make different sound waves be fired at you which can do anything from making you feel as if you're on fire, while not having any fire on you, to forcing the releasing of your bowels.
Rocket Launcher- A gun that can shoot rockets. Quote has 5 different rockets. They can be recognized by the color of strip on which is near the head of every rocket. Because Quote is directly linked with each rocket through the computerization built within every rocket he can make them detonate whenever he wants while they're in mid flight.
o Silver Strip- A missile that has insane explosion. The explosion of this rocket head on is the single most strongest one.
o Red Strip- A missile that can explode into hundreds of small other missiles. (Think a Jericho missile.)
o Yellow Strip- A missile that can break apart into 5 different missiles that all home in.
o Blue Strip- A missile that has a very large explosion, and anything caught in it instantly freezes. It also sends out a very strong shock wave with the explosion which is like being in a blizzard for a second.
o Black Strip- A missile that, when sent into the upper-atmosphere, can cause a very large thunderstorm. This may not seem like much, but it has a very special effect on Quote.
o Silver-Black Strip- A missile that, when explodes, sends out a silver-black sludge to cover the ground and very dense smoke to fill the air. The smoke, and sludge, are nanites. The inhaled smoke will eat at your organs and insides while the pool below will devour your feet while you stand while they crawl up your body to devour the rest.
Snake- When combining the fireball shot with either the spur or the nemesis it creates a flaming ball that flies through the sky and zig-zags and overall moves like a serpent. The shot itself sends out vibrates at such a frequency that it actually passes through solid objects. It homes in, zig-zags, and flies through any kind of mass and only solidifies when it's coming into contact with his opponent. If it's being blocked by some kind of barrier it will attempt to pass through it and will only solidify when it's fully hitting its opponent only. Any barrier that acts like a solid, including light barriers, will be bypassed.
Booster 2.0- This jet pack, or booster, allows him to have free flight in the air for a short time. It gets instantly recharged as soon as he lands on the ground. With this he can move freely through the air, not like a bird more like he can shoot straight up then straight forward in the air. It's quick, it's accurate, and it's limited.
Electro-Magnetic Ion Field: This field repels most forms of radiation. The only things that can enter the field are Visible light, some forms of radio waves and Inferred. It has also been amplified to stop any indirect energy manipulation. Anything within this field cannot be manipulated unless the manipulator is within the field.
Temperature regulator device: Quote keeps himself at a constant 60 degrees by regulating the temperature of his body. This is used by an advanced circuitry that neutralizes any heat around him. This means if Quote is in a very hot area, much like a desert or even a fire, his circuitry would cool itself down to counteract the heat and it would 100% neutralized. Any emitted heat is inducted through his body and channeled into energy which is then used to power his core. It also creates a 1 way seal which prevents any energy from the core to escape unless other actions are preformed. For example: Radiant wave cannon. This device works within billionths of a nanosecond in order to prevent it from lasting to long and activating just in time. This way Quote can run into a fire, and run out, and never notice a difference in temperature. Cold in any amplified form thereof is the lack of energy, and therefore cannot be absorbed. Meaning if hit with any cold-based attack Quote will lose energy because Quote isn't absorbing energy as he's neutralizing the cold.
Gravitational Nullifier: The weight on top Quote and the pressure pushing down on Quote always remains the same. This is due to a device that uses dimensional rifting to invert the gravity around Quote to keep the weight at a certain number; however, this does not apply to inertia. Much like a bowling ball underwater it doesn't weigh anything, but getting hit by it would cause extreme pain. So Quote can pick up a building and throw it, but if a building was thrown at him he it would hurt due to the initial inertia. Because an object This does not make the mass of an object any different if he could pick up a building and swing it the only thing that happened because of this device is Quote can swing it easier, but the building itself has no different properties thus it wouldn't break any easier or anything. This device also applies to additional gravity exerted upon Quote. If Quote is put onto a planet, or into a chamber, that makes the gravity around Quote higher it would be negated. This make him unaffected by any gravitational change.
Pulse boosters: Boosters placed on the bottom of his feet allowing him to shoot out energy in pulsations allowing him to shoot himself in a direction.
Palm outlet: Has the same properties as the pulse boosters, but it also allows him to connect to his guns directly which allows direct energy transfer to and from the gun.
Inertial Neutralizer: This device allows Quote to move from 0 to incredibly high speeds without harming himself and to stop instantly without harming himself. This mechanism transfers to anything Quote is in contact with. Example: If someone was moving at incredibly high speeds towards Quote and he caught them by the throat they would instantly stop, but because their movement was neutralized they would be unharmed even though they stopped so fast. Anything hit with this neutralizer completely stops all movement, and it has to restart from 0. Can not hold objects and people for periods of time it can only be used for quick pulsations. Current operation mechanisms unknown.
Inertial Redirector: Using the relative same functions as the neutralizer this device allows Quote to redirect his momentum in a different direction while moving.
Nanites: Nano-machines that are inside of Quotes body. They repair all "wounds" and broken parts of Quote. Also, if a wound it cut to deep, nanites may shoot out of his body. If this occurs, and they get onto another person, they will eat away at their flesh and as they eat away they'd multiply until they reach a point to where they'd be devouring his opponent; however, they only work from up to a 12 foot radius of Quotes body. So if nanites were to be placed onto an opponent All Quote has to do is stay next to them and they'll do their job. If they're taken to far away they'll break down and explode. Due to their size the explosion will be relatively small so unless you have a huge amount on you the explosion would be like placing a firecracker on that spot.
Air-Tank: Using this he makes a bubble around himself. This bubble would work much like bubbler except it'd surround Quote as he' be inside. The bubble would have enough power to protect him, perfectly, from a single attack. That means he could be protected from a beam, but if he was shot with multiple blasts it'd only take 1 to pop the bubble.
Note- This shield can be layered multiple times.

Back Story:
Quote awoke in a cave not knowing anything about himself or anything around him. Through some traveling he find the polar star, his first weapon, then goes to the mimiga village, where a friend of his named Toroko gets kidnapped by a witch named Misery. After fighting balrog he continues his adventure by going to Authors grave and using his key at his grave to go in his house. By going there he finds a teleporter leading to egg corridor, and he enters the teleporter there.
After exploring around in Egg corridor he sees a mimga trying to fight one that's much larger, and looks enraged. Obviously it lost, so Quote followed it. After fighting it, and defeating it, he helped out the small mimga. After yelling at him for his assistance he looked at a Sky Dragon Egg, number 00, and was ecstatic about it's good condition. She then left to go back to the mimiga village.
After being held up by monsters Quote Returned a little late to the village. When he returned he noticed the King caged sue. She asked him to go to Grass town to help her brother and Quote agreed. He went back to authors house and set the coordinates and off he went. As he was there he saw a mimiga named "Santa" and got his key to his house for him. In his thankfulness he gave Quote a weapon, the fireball, and Quote thanked him and was off.
After some traveling Quote came across a mimiga named "Chaco" and she greeted him nicely. She told Quote he must find "Jellyfish Juice" to douse the fire. Quote also just realized something, he's exhausted. He rests on the bed to sleep, and what a sleep it was. He wakes up, rejuvenated and refreshed, but something seems wrong. He sees Chaco sleeping on the bed beside him and since it's her house it's not amazing for her to sleep in her bed but then Quote realized something...there was a bump in his pocket. He reached in his pocket and pulled out lipstick, which was never there before, and after realizing that's exactly what she's wearing Quote went into a mental trauma.
After going through many levels of psychoness Quote goes to get Jellyfish juice. After beating the jellyfish and obtaining it Quotes curiosity poked fourth. He went to Santas house and used it on his fireplace and took the charcoal there. He then got more and returned to the Kings house and used it on his, where he then found a new gun, the bubbler. Squeeing with happy he used the juice on the fireplace of the rapist and continued onward with his journey.
After some traveling he came across a run down house. After passing by it he heard a yell for help, and he ran to the source. It seems that Kazuma is inside, and he give Quote a key to unlock the door. The key doesn't work; however, Quote does see another door nearby so he runs to it. The key works perfectly and inside this room is a generator so Quote turns it on, and in turn it turns on the nearby "Malco" robot. After screaming about a security rampage Balrog jumps in and squishes the poor fellow into the ground.
Balrog tells Quote that the doctor is very angry with Toroko not being Sue, and then he challenges Quote. After Quote wins he helps Malco up, and Malco realizes Quote is a good person. He then agrees to help him free Kazuma, but he needs Gum Base, Jellyfish Juice, and Charcoal. He already has charcoal so he went to get more jelly fish juice. After returning Kazuma mentioned having a "Gum" key so Quote took it. After looking around Quote finally found a door in which the key worked with so he used it and entered the room.
After entering he found what he was looking for, but before he could leave Misery and Balrog appeared. Misery turned Balrog into a Giant frog and Quote beat him, again, and he left. Quote then gave it all to Malco who then made a grenade-like bomb. The door was blown down in a second, and Kazuma was free. Soon after another man showed up who called himself "Professor Booster" and he seemed very worried. After saying "The Doctor had found it" even Kazuma seemed afraid, this spooked Quote out a bit...what could be so bad?
Booster and Kazuma got on a weird Vehicle and drove off at an uncontrolled rate. After appearing at the Teleporter himself Quote realized that the car was crashed and demolished, he hoped the two were ok. He entered the teleporter and noticed that everyone was waiting for him. Quote was then told by Professor Booster that he was a robot, a soldier from the surface, and is the only one who could beat the doctor. This seemed like to much on Quotes shoulders at once, and the realization of being a robot was a bit large; however, Quote toughened up and took the challenge.
Quote was told that there's red flowers in the Sand Zone, and that's where the Doctor will be heading so Quote jumped on the teleporter and went to the Sand Zone. Not sure what the red flowers do he looked around for someone to ask, and there he saw a girl. A girl who looked a lot like him, same antennas and skin tone. Quote was going to ask her a question, but she ran off to soon. Quote ran after her but she was to fast and was gone. Quote traveled ahead onward in hopes of seeing her just so he could talk to her, maybe she knows something about him.
After much searching he sees a door and enters it. There he sees 4 Mimigas and the women he was looking for. Before he could even respond they all began to attack. Quote only disarmed the girl and refused to harm any mimigas in the fight. After she began to think Quote was going to kill them all Quote helped her up with a smile, and to then she was very happy to see that she was not only spared but she now had a good friend to rely on.
After a conversation Quote learned that her name was Curly Brace and she too had amnesia, and he was a tad jealous that she had amnesia and at least remembered her name. He then was told by one of the small mimgas to give the dog back to Jenka. Before he did though he noticed a back compartment in Curly's room. Intrigued, he went in and looked around, and after much looking he found a pair of panties. Scared of finding them, and seeing as Curly just jumped in the room he shoved the panties under his hat, and he then took the dog and was on his way.
After proceeding a bit forward he was encountered by Misery, but she left upon a sudden earthquake. From the earthquake appeared this sand robot monster, which Quote defeated with ease. After leaving he noticed 2 stones moved and he jumped down the area in which they were blocking. Down here he saw a house, and he entered it. Inside he met an old women who told Quote she was Jenka, and he gave the dog to her. She said she'll only help him with the red flowers, maybe, if he helps get all the dogs for her.
Quote gets all the dogs, and as he does she tell him about the red flower. It seems that when a Mimiga consumes it they get enraged and go into ballistic frenzy and become much larger and much more powerful, and as he gets the last dog he enters right when Balrog has just taken the key from Jenka. Quote hands over
the dog and Jenka tells him to hurry and stop them. Quote rushes to the place, but he was to late. He notices the King Mimiga out cold, and heavily injured, and Toroko is going ballistic while the Doctor calmly saids "Have fun" as he vanishes.
Quote was angered to high levels at the doctor but he has to defend himself, but he doesn't want to hurt Toroko. He tries as hard as he can but the battle in inevitable, he has to kill her in order to put her mind at peace. He then rushes over to the King who asks him to avenge him, hands him the sword he was carrying, and dies on the spot. Quote is filled with rage and sadness and actually screams aloud, the first audible noise he's made this entire time.
He rushes out in a blind rage, but it seems to have been his downfall because Balrog got the jump on him. Misery then sent Balrog down there too. Quote woke up and was told by a nearby being that he was in the labyrinth. He jumped up the area and turned off the lock and jumped back down and progressed forward. After getting so far Quote actually ended up in a hospital where he saw Curly. In shock he ran over to see if she was ok, and she was but she really couldn't move. The doctor said that nearby is a cure-all medicine to heal her wounds and Quote didn't think twice and left to get it.
Quote ran off, but was stopped by the nurses yell who warned "There's a ghost in that room!" but Quote payed no mind to her warning and just ran off. After getting to the room he finds the cure-all, but actually was greeted by a black ghost that looked a lot like Balrog. After a vigorous battle Quote ran back to the doctor and gave him the cure-all. After assisting Quote with his battle wounds and assuring him Curly would be safe Quote left. He stopped and turned around and wondered if she was going to be ok, but then he grinned knowing she was tough and proceeded onward.
