Hoto's Day
Well, this is where I tell you things. Such as, when I will be here. When I will not. What I've been doing, and how. So on and so on.
So, this morning I woke up.
Then I reliezed how bored I was.
So, what do you do when you're bored?
You work on your abdomen.

Well, I would tell you what I wokred on.
Like my: rectus abdominus, internal and external obliques, tranverse abdominus, erector spinae musckes and lumbar muscles.
Basically, I did the 43 minute workout DVD.

It burned. Alot.
As the box said it would.
Along with a lean body mass and a decreastion of body fat.
(Not like I lack these aspects)

Then... the lady was like now get on your knees.

Bend foward and swoop your head and upper body down. I call this one, the Cobra Dive.

Lemme tell you. That on really worked your abdomen.



In the middle of the video. The ladies speaker came off, and when she was showing us how to do a certain tyope of crunch she stopped... and fixed her hair. Which in my oppinion is extremely rude...
This is my ab workout! Not, fix your hair time!



Then, at the end... she told us to stretch. She did the stretches out of sequence which really made me strain my left tendons in between my shoulder blades.



But, tomorrow, I'll do it again.

Hopefully, the next time time I know her rights from her wrongs!
