As I sprinted away from him, it, whatever that thing was my eyes began to play tricks on me. Shadows danced at the edges of my vision and a red haze creeped up on the ground around me. The world blured, ringing filled my ears. I fell. I felt cold metal on my skin. The noise stoped. All I heared was "submit, submit, submit..." I finally blacked out.
I woke up strapped to a cold metalic chair. The shadows and haze had disapeared. The only thing I saw wasa large lit up screen a good twenty feet away. It's light burned my eyes. Then I noticed someting. The screen had vital signs on them. Mine. But there were no wires on me. No medical equipment.Unless it was in the chair? No, then I would feel it. Unless they had me sedated...? No, then I would feel disoreiented. So how were they monitoring my vitals? About a quarter second later I get my answer.
I see it. A small incision on my arm. They chipped me. And it wasn't normal. It was probbably attached to a nerve. The heart rate on the screen, mine increased. My skin started to burn. The power welled up again. The haze collected. The room seemed brighter. Shadows danced. I knew what was happening
Master X was nearby.The straps and chair melted out of existence. X being nearby was activating my bowers over energy and void. His powers won't activate like mine, he has control. It's amazing what you think of when your in so much pain. All I could think of was Elle. I just hoped she was okay.
