Just got power back.
January 24th, 2008
19,000+ people were affected by a large blackout in California
Started about 5:00 PM (PST), 5:13 PM (PST),
Ended at 7:20PM (PST) or so.
My cloak kept me warm. House was filled with candles.
I made a kickass fire, too.

Yesterday I bought material (finally) to make my cloak.
I began last night, I have almost finished it. I need to strengthen
the areas where the brooch goes, but otherwise it's basically
done. Here are some pics:

(The thing on my arm is an arm guard. My bow is set at
50 pounds of drawback weight, which is good to kill a deer,
as I do hunt. When 50 pounds hits your arm, however, it HURTS, hence arm guard.)
