Well, as many of you know, last week I went to work for my millitary job. The week was a bit boring, but I lost inches in my tummy and gained a sunburn, lol. I guess that's a nice exchange.
In any case, Friday, I saw some one that I thought I would never see again. My grandfather. yeah, I had a lot of family drama.... but I regained contact with my Aunt on purpose, but my grandfather was there too. He gave me $160 + 2 new tires on my car + a promise to buy my books for this up coming semester in College.. Anyway, Sunday rolls around, and I see some one else I spoke to some one I thought I would never speak to again. Oh yeah... I have a nice warm fuzzy feeling in my tummy! xd
Well, I guess the next item on the list to cover would be what happened today... I took Skipper (my sheltie) to the vet. He was WAY dehydrated so Gary wanted to keep him for a couple of days and put him on some fluids... Dad caused it, and it pissed me off... He didn't research before he dosed Skipper Ibuprofen for his Hematoma that he had in his right ear... and the penesellan didn't help much either. So Skipper is stuck in a crate at the Vet's office for two whole days w/o me. He's depressed... I know it... poor baby.
My future plans are still holding out. In eleven months, I will be moving to Dallas w/ my good friend from HS. It's really cool how close she and I have become since I started college w/ her. Anywho, she's already lookin up prices for apartments and such, which is cool. So far, there was another girl who was suppose to be our roomie bailed out on us cause she wanted to go earlier than us. As far as I know, she is moving in January... so sucks for her cause she's on her own and no roomie. Extra hard for her...

well... as you can see, I have changed my avatar! YAY! I look cute heart
Anyway, I got to talk to my good friend, and she has painfully agreed to be my roomie. YAY! we are probably going to the same college, and she is going to transfer where she works to the same company in Dallas. YAY! Even if it doesn't work out the way I want it to by working at the air port, I can always transfer my job as well. By that time, I would have been working there a year, and plus my job in the AF would help me out A LOT, too. still, the plans are forming and I have much more to deal with before this ever takes place, but I have a lot of faith in my friend and I that we will make it through no matter what.

Well, I've got a pretty good plan for myself to be accomplished within the next year. Basically, I'm going to work for an airport in Dallas, move to an apartment, and take night classes. The bad part to that is that I need a roomie... I haven't talked to my good friend about it, yet, but we have talked in the past about moving and she was for it. I hope she still wants to go when I'm ready. I hope to move some time next summer. This is the best part... Starting out, I'll be making about $30,000/year give or take 5k, so I'll be able to deal with the cost of living, and help out my friend if she needs it.

mmm... Well, I don't get to go to Alaska because my Security Clearance didn't go through fast enough... oh well. There's always next year. Anywho, I've been in college, and having a blast. I'm building old bridges and making new ones. As you can see on my sig, I've got a gaian BF. "LOVE YA Peaches!" lol, he's great. Anywho, I'm going to work this weekend and get a lot of my stuff, and get my patches sewn on! WOOT! lol heart

MIGHT BE GOING TO ALASKA! I went to work this past weekend and talked to my flight chief. He's going to try to get me on a TDY to Alaska! How awesome is that? anywho... A lot has happened over the past weenend, though non-military members won't know what the hell I am talking about so I'm just going to save everyone the trouble. If you really want to know, I'll be posting it on my Xanga site. heart TTYL!
