This is pretty self explanatory. I'm looking for some new comics to read this summer. I would prefer them to not be manga, but if you want to suggest a really interesting or thought provoking one I'd love to know about it. Comics with really provoking characters are what I'm interested in. Also if the series doesn't go on for a bajillion years I like that too. I'm also not very into Zombie or Vampire stories. Please do not suggest these to me unless they are somehow breaking the mold a bit. I also love to read fantasy and science fiction stories. I'm looking for a cool series to read that isn't by Ann McCaffrey or is Star Trek based. I've read a lot of C.S Lewis and Madeline L' Engle so don't suggest those to me.
