a simple thought
goes through my head
remembering the things
you once had said
every word and whisper
with every breath you took
i miss the way
the way we used to look
but i know we cant go back
no matter how hard i try
ill see you in my dreams
where there i can fly
but dreams are ment to be dreams
and reality will stay the same
if only dreams were forever
thats where my wishes first came
but who knows what will happen
its just a ticking clock
those whipsers of voices
are just the tick-tock
so this poem is to keep
my broken heart together
dont worry ill be fine
even when its the end of forever
so ill just try to stay in my dreams
and think of what i lost
i know i wont get that back
even if i did pay the cost
