Head: His face has the same kind of stripes without any being hollowed out and having blue to black stripes coming off of the sides of his eyes.
Chest stripes: Some of the stripes on his chest have slight curls into the ends of them.
Whispers Nipples have blue iceicle marks hanging off of them.
Random stripes have the center of the stripe hollowed out so that its just white in the middle.
Arm stripes: His right arm is all blue after the elbow with a blue stripe going all around the wrist (like a braclet)
and then a four point diamond thats blue with a green inner diamond thats centered out with cyan on the back of his right hand.
On his left arm its all black past his elbow, the back of his left hand if just white.
Lef stripes: His legs have the same blue to black then black to blue patterns with the random hollowed out ones.
The stripes on his legs have iceicle patterns coming off of them as well the colors on the icecles being that of the part of the strip above them.
Tail stripes: His tail has the two colored stripes going up it that change every other one,
the tip is blue with two black stripes in it that go all around it kind of giving it a bee effect.

Family background: Whisper Draston lived in his home with his two parents whos names have never really came up since he always had called them ma and paw, he lived alone with them for many years untill he reached the age of 14 and learned his sexuality which he kept hidden, his parents then adopted a black dragon named Spiker, who then became his brother, soon after him and his brother became lovers and were kicked out, many things have changed as the futures progressed.
