I can have up to 4 open slots, all get equal attention.
By equal attention, I mean the agreement that in exchange for a free profile they understand that I spend my free time to do them when I can.

And here's the Percentages. Note, this may change up, depending on the profile.
0% = ideas still in the stables
0-5% = starting on graphics, gathering necessary resources
5-40% = Actual base graphics made, feel free to PM me for an image WIP
40-60% = All images are photobucketed (no need to worry on your end unless you request to, no worries I never delete anything) and coding has started
60-80% = Profile is set up on a mule, at this point I will send you a link and ask if you have any changes in mind. MINOR/semi-major only. No complete profile overhauls. That's what the image WIP requests are for, only if you ask for them.
80-90% = Working on changes
90-100% = finished, code sent to you and help setting up.
