One of the main reasons why I am doing this is because one of my best friends wants a KiKi, and since she's one of the very best friends I've got, I said I'd get her a KiKi. It was more like a joke, but after thinking about it, I told her that I'd get her one by the end of the year. So I promised her and myself that I would buy her a KiKi by the end of the year. Now, I'm determined. So I'm going to try to help boost myself towards the KiKi with the Caption Contest. ^^ It may be just a small thing on the side, but it helps nonetheless.
Here is some extra information about the contest that I think works best (though I am still open to any suggestions you may have on them):
>>> Contest starts when picture is posted (probably on a Sunday).
>>> Entries are accepted before or on Friday, or until there are 10 individual users (meaning NO MULES) entered.
>>> Thread starts on Saturday (I'm thinking in the Chatterbox) with a poll. The picture will be posted and each poll option is a caption. Underneath the posted image will be each caption with the username of the user who entered it.
By the way, some of the pictures will contain avatars. Before using anyone's avatar, I will ask that user whether they mind their avatar being shown or not. Of course, just because it is that person's avatar does not mean it has to portray them, and of course that person may change their avatar as they like whenever they wish. It's just that they have a right to decide, right? 3nodding
