Well for all you who dont know bout happy hour is when you go drinking XD oh yeah
And I dont see what the big deal is about under age drinking, yeah they get in a car, they drive, they crash, they die/kill a person or two. But hey here's an idea...lock them in a house or dont be on the road when a drunk driver is XD .....

Just look at suicide, first attemp if you get caught they send you to the padded room, and they do that a few more times but my point is they dont tell you not to kill yourself they tell you why you shouldnt. I might be wrong but that what I was told
