Hmm,It's a quarter to 9 here [morning] and when I woke up I started my morning exercise. Why do I have to exercise you say? It's because I have dextroscoliosis, by doing the exercises they've [Ate Maricor-Physical Therapist] taught me I can prevent progress of curves on my spine. biggrin
After doing those exercises I did my chores[yeah, chores I have no choice because if I don't do them then I wouldn't be allowed to play Gaia. exclaim exclaim ]
