Prologue Rewrite:
"Five more seconds." The commercial grid for each day of programming is slightly different from the next. The rotation of shampoo, cars, and clothing changes each day. The exact pattern falls entirely upon the choice of the workers of the television station. The personality traits of each worker hold many similarities and contrasts. The shifts and choices of each worker cannot be predicted by just any person. Great knowledge is required to predict the exact choice of time for an individual commercial. A glazed pair of eyes set upon the flashing screen would click on the television at each appointed time. He held enought brain power to find the commercial of his desire any day of the wekk and any time of the day.
A flash to the right. A flash to the left. A barrage of flames emerge from a deep cave as a knight in shining armor passes through the entrance. Another flash. The knight stands above a still dragon and looks deeper into the cave. A faint amythst glow brightens, his eyes widen. A slim figure with blood-red eyes steps out from the darkness. The long claws of the personage projects the orb of light at the knight and the screen whites out. Three letters flash individually across the screen. G. A. D. Each letter fades and reveals the words, "Gods and Demons." It finishes. The commercial ends and a quick shift of scene ignites a frantic search outside the electronic screen.
Papers flew as a pale pair of hands shuffled quickly through a stack of documents. A beige envelope fallen on the ground quickly flies into the hands of a fraily middle school boy. He tears the envelope open and leaves the remains on the ground
