yesterday I went bowling with a couple of friends. we were only gonna be there for a couoke hours then we were going to go see a movie. we decided to add anther hour instead... and another... and another. Next thing we know we were out of time and we had been bowling for about 7 hours... Needless to say we're all feeling it this morning. my arms killing me augies thumb is all numb and swollen... andy's wrist was numb yesterday... its probably worse now. oh well. we learned our lesson... no more 7 hour bowling sessions...
