Yep I didn't get the job. Oh well no big loss But I am happy that the other guy did get it. He has experience, and in order to apply to this one, he had to terminate his previous contract. Which ment if he didn't get this one, he would have to re-apply for his previous position, or go back to part time. Which I kind of felt bad about. But he got it, so no worries right? Wrong. Apparently, the rumor mill has begun, and the poor guy was told that I was ticked that he got it above me, and I was considering transfering to another location. Ummmm no. Now I could apply for his old position, that would have been more understandable, but i don't think so. I harbor no grudge, and I hope he knows that. But I am glad that he knows me enough to talk to me about it, and want to make sure everything is well. I am glad he his here and i will do my best to help him feel welcome. He has my full support.
