ok i just thought hey why not have a justu we should train for a week so i put a list of justu together and come up with daily justu's so here is the very first justu of the week


1.unfreeze self justu

now all i want u to do is to train this justu for only one day thats it its a pretty simple justu

bio on justu:this justu is a justu that unfreezes the body freeze justu by doing the same hand sighn u do body freeze its a simple justu that all gennin should know by a certain level.
