Why is it; That to hide one's self, one must exaggerate everything else. Or lock up themselves completely? Then one day, you aren't strong enough to contain it. It spills from you. When there is so much locked up, you must pour some on to other people. But why can't you just stop it from building inside you altogether? What causes it? Yourself? Other people? Is that why there are counselers? So you not only spill it upon them, they can fix it at the source. Does that make that person, hiding one's self A broken person? If so, Then I'm shattered.
