Hackers and Scammers
Ah, yes. The infamous hackers and scammers. Everyone hates them, even the hackers/scammers who get, well, hacked and scammed. I'm sure you, the reader, are aware of these people, running loose, frolicking in their success, or weeping over their loss. The Gaia admins and mods are banning them, yes, but it's ridiculous at how many hackers/scammers actually roam on Gaia. They try and try again, some succeed, picking on the vulnerable and gullible. I have been sent a total of three PMs (and growing), full of lies and threats, and I am sick of the foolishness.

I will give kudos to the individuals who actually try. You'd be surprised at how terrible some hacker's and scammer's PMs are. They attempt to persuade you to give your password, but please, everyone, the moderators and administrators, clearly stated that they would never ask personal information (password, name, age, gender, location, etc). Keep that in mind. Just report a lame scam as "Staff Impersonation," and be on with your life. Or, if you find an extremely poor excuse for a scam, ignore it *cough*mockit*cough*.

PMs I have received. (+3 Commentary exp)

Okay, here's the first scam I got. It's pretty good. Convincing. Persuasive. Stupid. It asks for my password. Since it was my first scamming PM, my first reaction was "OMFG *report* pheeww..."

Numero dos (Number two). My reaction to this one was "What's a gacking? Oh...G-hackings...haha, lame pun." The underscore killed the threat. This PM doesn't seem as threatening because he/she typed "chose" instead of "choose." Also, "address" should follow "IP." It was a simple (once again stupid) PM. Not much effort was put into it.

The third one and probably not the last. This was THE worst. I took the liberty of bolding all the mistakes when I replied. There's so many things wrong with it that it makes me want to puke. I'm sure you could figure it out. When he first PMed me, his avatar was the n00by, starter clothing. I replied stating that he has a cheesy outfit. So I guess now he's all pissy and puts on possibly hacked items.

So this is my experience with hackers and scammers. End.

LOL.

I should probably do that. xD Along with PMs that beg me to donate to people.

It's so funny when you get one of those PMs that want your password. It's like "...Idiots.."

And the PMs that ask you to donate= xD I go into the WTG forum too much.

x333 I got a message somewhat like the first one, they did REALLY good but it was saying I was swearing alot {I was NOT!!!} and that I should stop and give them my password in less than 5 minutes...
I think the reason why was because I was wearing Inari Bead's LOL! x33 In fact I know that's why. I'll shut up now! x3 *Waves*
