Is it so much to ask?
Why must it be such a task
Just to have some time to myself
A time to enjoy myself
Got home early and rested my soul
Until a few hours later, my mom bitches on the phone
Yelling at me and scolding at me
I'm just so tired from the day...
Now I sit here and think
Minutes going by and I didn't even blink
Letting out deep sighs and long yawns
Cuz I'm tired, nothing going on
