Splattered Letters
Where I get my ieas from when I write
My Ideas come from my imagination mainly, but sometimes I get ideas from past experiences and people I know or from books I have read.

Sometimes when I finish reading a book I wonder what would have happened if something had changed in the plot, like if the heroin/hero had not defeated his/her enemy, or what would have happened if the bullet hadn't missed his/her heart, or even what would happen if their wasn't a healer around.

Other times when I get idea from people I know its when I'm talking to them, the person might start talking about their day and weirdly enough I'll keep that description of his/her day in my memory and then out of the blue when writing a story I include bits and bobs of that person's retelling of his/her day.

My past experiences that stay in my memory often get placed into some of my stories, for example I had a past experience of my first day in year 9 when I came from a school that isn't a feeder school to the school I had moved to, I had left all of my friends behind and had to make new ones. I sort of used this experience in a story, impersonating my feelings and making them my character's own. Adding a bit of me into the story, as I call it.
