OK. Festival is a really really big thing at our school. Well, this year my band hasn't been performing very well, but we stepped it up today at Festival. But, I guess that wasn't enough because we got two 2's and a 1 from the judges. We got a 1 in sight reading. Well, that gave us a 2 overall. So my band just caused us to not be A Virginia Honors band this year. Well...as far as I know. That sucks a**. We will definitely hear from our band directors next week.
My weekend so far has been very eventful. I went out to the movies with some of my friends on Friday and I went out to lunch with some friends today after Festival. Even though my parents and I are in a huge fight...my weekend has been pretty good so far. Now all I have to do is have a goodnight tonight and have a good day on Sunday.
Good luck to all of my friends on guard...including you David. I know you guys will do fine in all of your guard competitions. I will see everyone in Richmond April 2nd.
