- Smiles lay on the day, frowns that very night.
Night falls upon us, tears in every eye.
Taken from his bed, relationships tight.
Each person crying, for him not to die.
At the hospital, from night till morning.
Entering the room, to hear of his breath.
Other family members wait, in mourning.
I lay my head on his chest, before death.
The last breath taken, near to his brother.
Death had occurred, and a heart beat remained.
Within the graveyard, next to his mother.
Deep within his tomb, eternally named.
Lay beneath the ground, in his bed of death.
Twenty-four white doves take flight on wind’s breath.
