Part 1:The Meeting with Din and Grom
The night was young, with the full moon already rising. The wind rustling the trees at the stone circle. But only two people could hear the soft movements. These two kids had decided to come here tonight, instead of the highly crowded and popularized Makout Point. Wanting to be alone, the two kids, teens actually, wanted a peaceful, quiet, tranquil place, away from the hustle and bustle of the real world. This place was perfect. Holding hands and laying on the damp grass, they looked up at the night sky together. Looking over, the girl caught a glimpse of the boy's silver, white hair, the short strands shining in the moon light. The name of her love was Vivi. He had told her once that he was named after his grandfather, who disappeared years ago, after his car was found sliced in half on the side of the road. Vivi thought his looks were fair, but to her laying beside him, he was a greek god. He always wanted to know more about the world, see what he has never seen. Innocent curiosity always overcame him. His family had noticed this, and thus, everytime they saw him they would tell him of his wonderfully pure aura. He was a genius in the class room, and considerd him to be a great guy to rely on. The girl continued to stargaze with Vivi. Her name was Elizabeth, but she prefers Puff because she loved Dragon's breath. She is a shy and modest person, always trying to find the good side of people, and to make friends with all whom she meets. She has the best manners, even though an only child, and does her best to enjoy life as much as she can. Her long brown hair lay about her, and her blue eyes shown silver in the starlight. She smiled slightly, a smile that could lighten anybody's day, as she gazed into Vivi's rare green eyes. Eyes she couldn't help but envy a little. The town in which they lived was small in size, but the townsfolk were nice and polite. Most would consider it a peaceful place where nothing ever happened. Little did they know what was to come. The couple lay inside the mysterious place known as Stone circle, in a small clearing in the middle of a dense forest on the side of the mountain just outside of town. "Vivi, why is it that when I'm around you all my troubles melt away," Puff asked, trying to break the silence. "Because we've been best friends from childhood and love each other so much that nothing else matters." He stood up and leaned against a stone boulder gazing at the full moon, feeling like an ant in comparison. "Don't you just love the night sky, especially during the fall?" Puff whispered,"Yeah." While they gazed at the stars the fall leaves began to fall in their warm color. Relaxing, at least that's what they thought until they heard a rustle in the bushes. Rattle,rattle,rattle.....rattle,rattle,rattle. The bush was shaking violently and continued the feared noise. The two started to feel frightend, for they had heard of rumors of creatures that would rip you to shreds in seconds. A sound, a screech from Hell, hurt their ears. It continued untill they thought it would make their ears bleed,"Awoooooooooooooo!" "Show yourself,"said Vivi shakily. "You coward! Show your face!" Puff added. The creature heard them yelling and came out of hiding. It looked just like a werewolf, except it had a black coat and one of its eyes was cloudy. The creature pointed at Vivi with his long, sharp claw and said with a deep toned voice,"You're coming with me."
Part 2:Monsters
The black werewolf drew closer to the couple as he glowered and stared them down with penetrating ruby red eyes. "I've come to...," but the werewolf was abruptly interrupted. "We have some unfinished business, which happens to include you both," A feminine, yet frost bitten voice came from where the werewolf had entered. Standing there was what seemed to be a woman, coverd in a cloak from head to toe that only revealed her eyes, which were glowing a pale yellow just like the full moon behind her in the sky. "What do you mean by 'unfinished business' and who, or should I say, what are you?" asked a confused and astonished Puff with her eyes fixed upon the figure. "First of all, YOU don't ask the questions. We do!" exclaimed the woman, "But I will cure your curiosity anyway. As you can tell, my friend here, Grom, is a werewolf, and I'm a creature of the night who speaks to the departed as one of their own. In your language, I'm known as a vampire, but we are also known as shadowmancers to others." With a deep, dark voice Grom said, "Din, are you quite finished? I want to get this over with." "Fine...fine. You were always the impatient one." "And you were always the chatterbox!" Once the creatures were done insulting each other they faced Vivi and Puff. Din looked them straight in the eyes and said, "Both of you are to come with us by order of our King." Having heard that, both humans started to run for their very lives, hoping to escape from the monsters. They both knew where to meet if something ever happened to seperate them, so they split into two and ran through the forest. Slumping her head and shoulders Din said, "Why do they always want to do it the hard way?........Grom, after them!" The werewolf howled and jumped into the forest with lightning speed after Vivi and Puff. While Grom was tracking them down, Din stepped back into the pitch dark of the forest's shadow. Both were gone, the only sound left was the wind.
Part 3:Farore
Vivi awoke. He sleepily looked around and found himself in a dark, jail-like cell. The cell was infested with rats, which were scurrying about. Ash and soot covered the cell top to bottom and a skeletal corpse lay in the corner of the cell. While Vivi was trying to remember what had happened the last time he was conscious, he got a big whiff of something so foul he could barely breath. "Uhh...Hello.....Puff?!....Where are you?!" Pausing for a moment, he took a good look at his surroundings." Uggh this is so revolting.........Puff!" "Hush boy! She's not here, "said a strange voice. Sitting there in a chair leaning back, was a goblin smoking a pipe. The goblin had a long nose, ears that were like bat wings outstretched, and dingy yellow teeth, of which two of them were potruding from his bottom lip."As a matter a fact, I don't know where tha girl is kept." "Kept? You mean she's a prisoner?" "Yep......Why ya have tha astonished look for?" He continued to puff his pipe, which Vivi had concluded was the source of that horrible stench. "Then who does?" "I do." said a female voice coming from behind the goblin. Vivi could hear the figure walking toward him, each step giving him a sense of dread. He was sure he had heard the voice before, yet it was a little different. Then he knew where he had heard it before....Din. "To answer your questions please refer to someone who isn't a complete moron." "Nice to know you haven't changed at all, Farore,"said the annoyed goblin. The woman stepped into the light before Vivi's cell. She had green eyes, dark green hair, and she wore a cloak with a leaf-shaped brooch to hold it. "I'd watch your mouth, goblin, before Din comes and roasts your sorry a**!". She looked at Vivi and stared him right in the eyes with a smile on her face. "She's in a safe place, Vivi." Vivi looked down and thought for a bit. He was still concerned about Puff, even though Farore had said she was safe. He looked up to the woman, supposedly named Farore, " How do you know my name?" "Oh,we know more about you then what you could imagine," She giggled at that question."Let me formally introduce myself," she bowed to the boy in his cell. "I'm Farore, little sister to Din and older sister to Nayru." "Why did you put me in this cell?!" Vivi yelled at her. "It was the only place available!" Farore yelled back, then she calmed down with a deep breath. Cocking her head to the side, "Sorry for the inconvinience," she explaind, "We didn't have anywhere else to put you for the time being, but we've just prepared a room for you. I'm to escort you there. Once we get to your room you will stay under Nayru's watchful eyes." "Can I get a bath first? I'm filthy." He looked down at his stained clothes, probably from the soot in the cell. "Once your with Nayru you can. You'll have your own spring to use as you please. Follow me. Oh wait, you can't can you," she said absentmindedly and waved her hand over the lock. It made a clicking sound and the door to the cell slowly fell open. The goblin started to yell at Farore, "Now I have to fix tha' dang lock again! Magic always messes up these cell doors. You know that, Farore!" Farore continued without giving the goblin so much as a glance, "Get the lock smith to come down here then. Follow me, Vivi." Vivi did as he was told, obediently following Farore down the hall, around a corridor, and into another building, which was attached to the one they were just in. It seemed like forever following this peculiar woman. They finally reached a door, which was covered in dust and cobwebs. Farore knocked and the door slowly creaked open.....
