After crossing the lake we all decided that heading to the next town would be a great idea. It's only about an hour walk away from the docks of the fairy boat, which is very nice indeed.

The lush green forest and buzzing of forest life is so relaxing. I can hear myself think... When I look around I can't help but smile to see that the world still holds such beauty in it, although it seems as though everything else is rotting to the core with hate and malice. Lunethia looks so happy here. I wonder if she wants to stay in the woods...but is somehow connected to Daraunde and I. I often wonder why she was following me...was she a spy of sorts, or maybe just a curious dweller of the forests. Either way, I trust her now, she has helped me...well, Daraunde, and she is a great listener, even if she doesn't know what I'm saying...heh. Her pale mint coloured skin and vivid yellow eyes always seem so wondrous of everything, just like Daraundes'. He is an alchemist though, so learning is a passion to him.

Sometimes I get frightened that I may grow too attached to Daraunde and Lunethia, that maybe I will start loving them... I can't love anyone though, because I would just hurt them in the end, and myself too...it makes me sad to think of it that way...but I have to. if I grow too attached to them then they will just slow me down in the longrun.

But how can I not look at them in affection? Lunethia with her wondering and curious eyes, sprite smile and joyous step. And Daraunde...he is foolishly brave and a little thickheaded sometimes, despite his great intelligence...You can tell when he is in deep thought because he closes his magnificent eyes and purses his lips together, and when he has found a solution, he smiles a wide pleasing smile that shows all of his teeth, that you can't help but smile back at. Sometimes he acts no older then an eight year old boy, but at other times I see him and respect him for the man that he has become.

Daraunde...Lunethia....how can I say I cannot fall in love with you two...when I have obviously already done so?
