U can't get a house right now.i can't either.

about trades:

arrow see the bar on the left to your character?? click on it. it should be lit up.
arrow then scroll down until you see a picture of me and you. look under trades waiting for me. click on it
arrow click on the arrow pointing at me where it says 0.
arrow type in amount of gold, hit the button.
arrow type your password and hit the button.

button means the whatever button you are supposed to click.
