Chapter 1- Nothing but Red Rain
It was a dark night, a rainy night. On that night was death. Nothing but screams of pain and horror. The
world is just a hopeless place where humans do whatever we ******** do. All of the hopes and dreams the
world and its people had has gone down the drain. We are taken over by hate. No love is left in this world.
All we hear is lies, lies, and more lies. Tonight it rained, the night of red rain.

Chapter 2- First Kiss
Huff.
Huff.
Running away from the dark. Only to find more.
‘where is the way out?! Someone! Please help me’
I fall to my knees. ‘please…help’
A light shines in front of me and I see a hand.
‘who are you?’
Within the light I hear a gentle chuckle.
“Ally, don’t you remember me?”
‘what?’ I looked up and saw the hand draw away ‘no please wait!’ I screamed as I saw the light move away from me.
An alarm clock went off with a song.
‘Can’t believe he’s gone Can’t believe your going…’
I groaned and turned over taking some blankets with me.
‘What a strange dream that was…’ I thought as I finally opened my eyes to a new day.
“Ally!!” screamed a voice, my mother’s. “Ally, honey! Get dressed! It’s time for breakfast!!”
I got up. It was a Saturday. I didn’t know what was ahead of me this morning but-
“ALLY HURRY UP RIGHT NOW!!”
“I’m coming! Jeez!” I screamed back as I changed.
“Ally…” started my mother when she saw me come into the kitchen. “Can’t you dress more girlish like me?”
“Sorry to disappoint you but I’m not like you at all” I said back. I wasn’t always like this. There was a time when I was kinder and acted more girly but that ended after the accident, after my father died.
Mother sighed. “You really pick up after your…” She looked sadly down as she thought of my father. She has never been able to mention his name since then.
“I know mother. I know.”
I ate breakfast quickly and left the house and stood there for a while. I know it seems like I hate my mom but I really don’t. I always thought I would be a happy girl. Boy…was I wrong.
If it hadn’t happen I can’t say it would have been better or not. People die. I learned that at a early age when I lost my little brother. I was naïve back then though. Now it hurts much worse.
“Hey Ally!” said from a boy.
“What do you want Adam?”
“Your sexy body” he smirked at me. “Nah I’m just playing with you. I thought we could hang out today with the others at the mall.”
“Are you planning on stealing anything?” I looked at him. If you know him like me you would be able to understand him a little too well.
“Ouch you hurt me with your accusations. I’m not going to steal anymore. I told you I want to be a better person. Why can’t you take me seriously?” He looked me straight at the eye.
Still I need proof that he is serious…plus by the way he acts is like a monkey.
“Adam…who ever takes you seriously? You’re a total monkey.” I said.
“Ally…you! “ Adam grabbed me and started tickling me. Even for a monkey…he manages to make me giggle and be a girl again.
“Ha ha ha…Adam! Stop!!” I laughed even more. “Adam that really tickles s - s stop come on I’m going to pee in my pants if you don’t!!”
He stopped and laughed. “You are so ticklish.”
“Adam you owe me a soda now!” I playfully punch his shoulder.
“Sweetie if I find soda I’ll give it to you…it might be open though.”
Even though I lost my father I know I don’t have it that bad. Adam lives in the ghetto. His father abuses him and his family physically and mentally. I wouldn’t be able to survive like he is today…but then again…
“Earth to Ally. Are you listening to me?” Adam said waving his hand in front of my face.
I punched him in the gut. “That’s really rude to do!”
He covered his stomach and squatted down. “That hurt Ally!” His eyes showed more pain than it should of. I was stupid and realized I might have hit one of his bruises.
“I’m sorry Adam” I said squatting down next to him.
“That’s creepy…”
“What do you mean by that” I said trying not to get mad.
“You turned mean to nice very quickly! I wish you could just be nice!”
I punched him in the head.
“OOW ALLY!!” he yelped in pain.
“You really do sound like a girl.” I said trying to lighten up my mood.
“I do not!” he said standing in protest.
Without noticing it we ended up walking to the park arguing the whole way.
“They sound like a married couple…” said one elderly woman.
“They’re too loud. Like a brother and sister quarreling…” said another person.
I stopped screaming embarrassed. Until Adam opened his mouth…again.
“OMGOSH ALLY’S EMBARASSED AND BLUSHING!!” he pointed at me.
KA-POW! I hit him in the head.
I turned and walked away leaving Adam behind. “Stupid monkey.”
“Don’t ditch me! Ally” He tried catching up to me but I sped up.
“Come on Ally I was just joking around.”
Adam is so stupid. He forgets the fact I hate being the center of attention.
Adam caught up and stopped me. “Ally come on! I’m sorry.” His voice told me he really was but I still was pissed off.
“Let go of me.”
“Ally I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to get you mad.”
I really don’t know why I was mad. He always did this to me. It’s just…being the center of attention makes me nervous and scared. I hate being like that.
“Ally how bout I take you home?” Adam knew how I felt about it. It’s just he forgot. Right?
“Okay…” He grabbed my hand and started walking me home.
“Why are you holding my hand? People will think we’re a couple…” I said not bothering to look at him.
He didn’t really answer my question. I really didn’t want to know his answer. I didn’t want to see the expression on his face.
