Todays Chinese dish is *bum bah bummmmmm!*
Won Ton 3nodding

This dish is very fun, delicious and simple to make
4 Chinese dried mushroom
6 Ounces medium shrimp, shelled deveined
4 Ounces of grounded pork butt
3 Tablespoon minced scallions
2 Tablespoon minced fresh water chestnuts
2 Tablesspoons freshly chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon plus 4 teaspoon of thin soy sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Shao Hsing rice cooking wine
5 Tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 Tablespoon of ground white pepper
1/4 Tablespoon of sugar
1/2 Half package square Won Ton skin, about 8 ounces
1 Quart homemade Chicken Broth
Cilantro Sprigs xd

Today was a very stressful day cry . I went to work at 6 A.M. during lunch break my freind called up and needed help with removing his engine(those things are heavy >.< wink . Right when I got out of work(5 P.M.) I went straight to his house and stayed there for 4 hours gonk . I also did all the work(lifting, twisting, unscrewing, jacking up, and much much more), while he talked to his girlfreind >.<. Makes me want to find one now crying . Haha oh wells, no one said life was easy, but now I'm home and with my gaian family biggrin . Hope your enjoying your times with your family too.
