Start phase 1.
[User states suggestion.
]Other users post counter-points.
Start phase 2.
[User is so biased as to not accept any of the feedback available and starts to go off on the users who oppose the idea.
]Other users still provide counter-points and inform the thread creator of their actions.
Start phase 3.
[User eventually leads to flaming and/or random insults to make up for their inability to provide a valid debate.
]Other users STILL provide counter-points.
Start phase 4.
[User continues to agrue what she did was within the ToS or was right.
(Thus the user attributes to off-topic conversation)
]Other users STILL continue to provide counter-points.
Start phase 5.
The thread has been reported and the thread is locked for off-topic conversation.
