Job Hunt: I'm bringin' home a prize buck in a 3 piece suit.
It's interesting how things work out. I'd apllied to JC Penney's a week and a half ago and about 2 or 3 days after I applied there I had gone around the whole top floor of the same mall gathering applications. Right when I finished and was heading out, my cell phone rings, much to my suprise, it was Penney's calling to tell me I've got an interview. Now I'm not so overly confindent or optimistic that I threw away the applications right there. Hell, I filled out most of the applications that night figuring I should take them w/ me to turn in after the interview just incase.
I should mention that due to bus scheduling I was half an hour late, but because I called ahead it didn't seem to count against me. Well, what can I say about the interview? It went far better than I expected that's for sure. Infact, They started me on my training right after the interview. So its safe to say I have the job. Last night I finished my orientation training and actually got into my practical training. Oh, btw I worked an 8 hour shift 2:10pm-10:15pm. It wasn't nearly as bad as I was afraid it would be. To be honest it was kinda fun...although when I made a mistake at the register I felt awful for wasting peoples' time, but I'm really glad I was never alone so I could always ask for help. sweatdrop whee
For now this job is just seasonal, but if they like me enough they just might keep me; which I'm hoping they do. Well wish me luck. smile

P.S. To explain the title: A buck is a male deer and a 3 piece suit is: Jacket, vest, and pants. Oh and I'm working in the men's department. ^_^ Sorry its a corny title, but I still like it. ^_^

B) Stop stealing my catch phrases! Well, in this case, it's not, but the "Dreaming" thing is my bit!
Oh, and as for the job thing, hon, I had no doubts whatsoever in my mind that you'd find a job quickly. And trust me, you'll be able to keep the job after the season's over if you want to. And don't worry, my faith is never misplaced.
