Miyako Arima is a short little girl with stubby arms and stubby legs. Her crouching C lacks range, and she has to be practically straddling a character to be offensive. Many others have superior rushdown games, and her d,d + A/B/C attack is too lacking in speed to be that useful.
Her launching attack ( f + C ) isn't really that bad, and she's got a decent launching game, though she's still small.
She's small enough that she can't hit anything without being right there, but too tall for that to make it hard to hit her, unlike Neko Arc. Though she does have a nice knockaway game, it's not really enough to keep her in the high levels of play such as characters like Shiki Tohno or Arcueid Brunestud.
This is why I nominate her to the academy of forgotten and small pieces of s**t, you'll be joining the ranks of Bao from KOF and Servbot from MVC2. Look to the stars and remember, keep on being small and don't eat your Wheaties kid.
