I think that elderly should be required to take yearly road tests to see if they should be allowed to drive. Seriously, half of these people shouldn't be on the road!

When I am trying to cross the street, I expect to be able to cross safely. What I dont expect is having to jump out of the way of a speeding vehicle driven by an old woman. Specifically, a woman who's head doesnt come past the steering wheel of the Hummer she's driving! If you need a booster seat just to see over the dashboard, no driving for you!!! And if your perscription glasses are thicker than window pane glass, you shouldnt even be allowed to sit for the exam! You shouldn't even get a license in the first place. Anything less than 20-20 vision isnt permitted!

But the thing I am most adament about is being able to reach the peddles; specifically, the brake! It's fine and dandy if you can reach the gas, I dont care. If you can't reach the brake, which will save you and the people around you from numerous accidents, then I suggest you invest in public transportation or a bicycle!!!
