"Xangord," Xiruk asked, "can I entrust you with a secret?"

It had been some months since Organization XIII was started and there were seven official Organization XIII members left--and Roxas had gone awol. Several of the other members also had gone awol, a few of them myself I had hunted down and destroyed.

"Sure," I replied, placing my head on his shoulder.

"My name is not Xiruk. My name is...Riku."

"Ri...Riku!" I exclaimed, scrambling to my feet and backing away a step or two. Riku was the name of one of the people going against the Organization. As a reflex, I summoned my smoke whips.

Slowly climing to his feet, Xiruk--Riku--lowered his hood and said, "Xangord...wait, please. Hear me out."

"You don't look like Riku," I said remembering the first time I had fought Riku.

"I am him," was the reply. "When I first met you, I had told you that I was looking for my friends--"

"And you weren't going to let me stand in your way," I finished. For a moment, my shoulders and head sagged.

"Xangord," Riku said, stepping up to me and placing a hand on my shoulder.

"NO!" I yelled, pushing him back. "If you are indeed Riku then it is my duty to destroy you!"

"I don't want to fight you Xangord!" Riku said, twisting around. Grabbing my right arm, he twisted it up behind my back and wrapped his left arm across my chest. "I don't want to hurt you..."

"Let me go!" I growled.

"You know you can get away yourself," Riku said. "You're a dragon and I'm only human..."

"I...I know," I replied. "I don't want to hurt you either Riku but you can't be found here!"

Releasing me and turning me around, Riku said, "You know what Xemnas is doing is wrong. Come with me Xangord! Help me get Sora back and put an end to Xemnas!"

Looking into Riku's eyes, I waited a full minute before I hugged him and said, "I'll help you get your friend."

Wrapping his arms around me, Riku kissed the top of my head and said, "Thank you."
