I know you already read this at GameSpot Tommy, leave me alone xp
My friend stopped by the gas station to get a drink, and he found a wallet on the ground and put it in his pocket. He went to work all day, and when he got off of work, he went and turned in the wallet at the police station, with all $800 and 5 credit cards still in it. The next day, the cops come and arrest him at his job for stealing the wallet after they watched a video from the gas station where he put it in his pocket. They lock him up and set the bond at $8000. He tells them that he turned the wallet into the police already, but they don't listen to him. My mom makes some phone calls and gets the bond lowered to $4000, and my friend's grandmother bails him out of jail. Last night, U.S. Marshals kick my friend's door in and throw him down and handcuff him...for something he's already been arrested for! His girlfriend tells the cops that he just got bailed out of jail for what they're arresting him for. They call in to check and, seeing that she's right, they let him go. My friend has a receipt from where he turned in the wallet with all the contents, so when he goes to court, things should be fine, hopefully. Whoever lost that wallet must have some influence with the cops to have them respond like that. My friend lost his job though and I wonder if anyone is going to pay to fix my friend's door where the marshals kicked it in. The cops around here are insane and need to be smacked.
