Hey there my crazy random readers, tis been awhile eh? That last entry was sooooo depressing. This one isn't much better but I don't sound like an emo. stare
Today in math class me & a couple of my friends got into the conversation about homosexuals & religion at the same time. My one friend was particulary upset about a talk show she saw about a woman who claimed to care for "fags" as she put it, but really she was slamming them to no end & said that they were all going to hell. So while we were talking about this, a boy in my class, who I least expected from, slammed her down & said that she was going to hell for getting upset over the show. Seriously!! Then just to piss him off, I said that I didn't believe in God (which I don't). His eyes widen & says v..e..r..y..s..l..o..w..l..y... "I will pray for you!" Then he walked off cause he was disgusted. I started to laugh.
But seriously, what's the point about getting upset? Our society is constantly changing. I can understand that some people don't agree with two of the same gender being together but the slam people down & make them feel bad is completely unecessary! scream
Another great example was last night at the dinner table. Somehow our conversation ended up with us talking about homosexuals & my dad left the table! I understand that he's homophobic but he refers to them as "fags" which I don't agree with!! Another thing I remember my social tacher asking the class a survey, "How many of you believe that gay marriages should be legalized?" Only the teacher & myself put up our hands. I guess I was makign a name for myself.
It's been homosexual talk week here for me. So stating my opinion without being interrupted is making me feel better...
...Yes, I believe that gay people should have the right to get married. I just don't agree with the gays attempting to have more rights than us. THAT is annoying. scream But i believe that love is love & I don't give a dman what the bible says with "God created Adam & Eve, Not Adam & Steve..." geez that's annoying!. In my opinion the bible & "GOD" can suck the air outta my a**!! I'm sorry if I offended anyone but this is my opinion & strictly just mine. & even if you do take offence to this, then why are you even reading it?! evil Go away. If you respect my opinion i'll respect yours.
One thing I WILL say about religion is that every single one all has a thread of truth in them. But they all also carry a great deal of lies. But in the end, religion is opinion.
I must say, that learning about different religions & other people's opinions is quite interesting, I just hate it when other people give me grief when i'm AM learning about other religions & they say i'm just wasting my time! well, no...i'm not!! Like I said before a thread of truth lies in everyone of them out there & I respect all religions...excpet when you shoving down my throat. So if you want me to hear what you have to say, don't say that i'm wrong! Or i'm gonna belt out at ya with stuff that you don't wanna hear!!! evil scream

Wow...I feel better after that. I think this is the longest journal entry I've ever written on here. Go me!! *does a happy dance* Well i'm done for now...good -day! dramallama
