Parkour Today I have mostly been doing Parkour! in English it's Free running. basiclly if you don't know. it involves jumps and flips and stuff over urban areas. For example. jump from wall to another. it also involves keeping all your movements flowing into one another!

	I've always wanted to start doing parkour because there is an awesome jump between my apartment and the next one. Thing is the drop is kinda lethal. Someone fell off a roof but didn't die luckily. Meh.
