Well, as I said before, I got the app in. I still have to work on the supplement, but I'm also sending my teacher recommendation in the mail.
Not like you care.
So basically I don't really have to study for any of my finals, with the obvious exclusion of Calc. That class is evil.
I got in to "Merton of the Movies," interestingly enough, and now I get to do two very exciting things:
1) I get to fall off a chair during a quiet part of the play. Everyone turns around to look, and I am very embarrassed and nervous.
Smith actually taught me a way to make the chair go FLYING when I fall down. 13 out of 15 times it's landed on me. It doesn't hurt (just bruises a little), but I guess it looks painful because everyone always rushes to make sure I'm okay.
2) I get to bring my sousaphone onstage and actually PLAY it.
It's the only music in the entire play, and it's going to be funny since I'll basically play a polka, and then Adam (the "director," in play context) tells me, "Make it something a bit more Italian," so I just change keys in the polka. Not hard stuff, but very exciting nonetheless. I just hope I don't spazz out in the performance.
We get Monday off for MLK day, so that will be fun. Unfortunately, Calc finals start on Thursday, so I'm in a panic.
