Well, I'm 16 now and I'll be 17 in December. Thus, my parents have decided that it's time I get a job. Now, try to understand, I'm a pretty solitary person. When given the choice between group activities (like going to the mall or a movie) and a one or two person get-together (where we just laze around talk and eat) I will almost always choose the latter.
I like being in small personal groups and generally detest crowds. So, a job in fast food is a nightmare for me. I'd love a job at the library so I've applied to 2 different positions. However, I rather doubt that they'll hire me. Libraries need only a few on staff most of the time so my chances aren't good. I'll keep wishing though. Maybe they'll call soon wanting an interview. That would be great...
