Well duckies today’s quote is another song;

Can you feel it crush you? Does it seem to bring the worst in you out?

This is for people that have problems and feel like there alone. This says you can't run away from your problems you have to confront them face to face or something terrible will happen. If you do have problems you must talk to someone about them, if you do not and chose to isolate your self your in trouble.
Your friends will try to help you but if you don't let them in they might just give up on you. Then you become even lonelier than before. But if they keep trying and you actually let them in then your life well become on so much better.
So if you have a problem do not isolate yourself, talk it out.
