Heeeeeeeey it's been awhile! This summer's been hectic. Anyways, here's another poem I wrote! Yay!
"Tell-Tale Heartache"
My tell-tale heartache - tick, tick, tick
Counts each vengeful word you say
Each hateful breath, each spiteful trick
You use throughout your deathlike day
Your azure eyes and scarlet lips
Could tempt the sun into the dark
Blood red nails on your fingertips
Leave just a hint of blood red arcs
My tell-tale angel bathed in crimson
Becomes a wraith in malady
In fear you writhe for just a glimpse of
Hell within your eulogy
Love is beyond your comprehension
You're dead inside, you know it's true
And yet I wait in apprehension
That I may fall in lust with you
