Why does it bother me so much that my neighbor blows all her leaves in the street?
Perhaps its because it eventually blows into my yard?

Today I picked up 3 bags of leaves and we don't have a damn tree. The woman is horrible.

It just aggravates me sooo much for some odd reason. If there is an ordinance in town she will break it, but will call the cops on others if they break any ordinances. WTF is wrong with her.
